Background Information

On November 2, 2009, the Greater Gardner Neighborhood Association and North Valley Coalition of Neighborhood Associations filed a petition to appeal the decision to approve the American Cement Air Quality Permit 0902-M3. We desperately need help paying legal fees for the appeal, which are estimated to be between $5,000 and $15,000. There's a lot of work ahead that requires financial support.

We are encouraging donations of $100, but will gladly accept any amount. There are two buttons below, one for the $100 suggested donation and one where you can choose your amount. Please donate whatever you can!

You can pay with credit card or Paypal balance. No Paypal account is needed!
